Use: Seasoning-Soak the kadhai in water for minimum 12 hour and Tawa for 2 hours and allow it to dry. After proper drying kadhai/tawa is ready to use in gas stove/burner.
Cleaning-Do not use detergent chemical cleaner in any case. Metallic scrubber may damage it. So it is safe to clean it with hot water and a piece of soft cloth. In case of tawa do not use hot water, only use cotton cloth.
How to use-Do not dip hot kadhai/tawa directly in water. Always cook in moderate flame, gradually increase the flame.
